Easy Air-Fryer Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ Cup (or 1 stick) of Butter
- 1 Cup Sugar (White or Brown!)
- ¼ Cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 Crushed Hersheys Bars
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine butter, sugar, and vanilla. Mix on low until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
- Turn mixer on low, and add in dry ingredients ½ cup at a time until fully combined. The batter should reach a crumbly consistency.
- Scrape down sides of mixing bowl and add in milk. Mix until fully combined.
- Add in crumbled hersheys bars by gently hand-mixing with a spatula.
- Allow cookie dough to cool in freezer for 30 minutes.
- Roll cookie dough into tablespoon sized balls.
- Line air-fryer with parchment paper or aluminum foil, or an air-fryer liner then cook in air-fryer at 325 for 8-10 minutes.
